In April 2016, KNIPPING KUNSTSTOFFTECHNIK GESSMANN GmbH received the DUALIS Seal of the Heilbronn-Franken Chamber of Commerce (IHK) for its locations in Leingarten and Talheim. Since then, we have proudly held the title of “Award-Winning Training Company.”

The DUALIS Seal is based on a set of criteria developed by experts in vocational training. This framework provides the foundation for self-assessing the quality of our training programs. With this checklist, we continuously optimize and implement our training processes in a practical and effective manner.

In April 2019, we successfully passed the re-audit, reaffirming our commitment to providing high-quality training. We are proud to offer training at an advanced level, aiming to be an attractive employer in the region. Our goal is to support young people in their career orientation and entry into professional life, with the ultimate objective of transitioning trainees into permanent positions after completing their training. Many of our employees, including members of management, began their careers years ago with a KNIPPING apprenticeship.

Our efforts include partnerships with local schools, participation in the Heilbronn Education Fair, performance evaluations, and an introductory week followed by a team-building weekend. In addition, many of our apprentices have been trained as “training ambassadors” to present their professions and the company’s training programs at schools. This provides students with authentic insights into various career paths and our training environment.
