We at KNIPPING are convinced that the lasting economic success of a company is strongly based on its sustainability. Therefore, ecological aspects such as active environmental protection or the preservation of existing resources must be embedded in the company as a strategic task.
We have, therefore, consciously aligned our processes to our responsibility in the sense of holistic environmental protection. For this reason, we develop our products so as to ensure environmentally friendly production as well as safe use and disposal. Avoidance of emissions and waste is our primary focus. We regard compliance with pertinent legal regulations as a matter of course.
Certified environmental management
Our energy and environmental management systems at the Leingarten, Talheim, Gummersbach and Ottendorf-Okrilla sites are already certified to DIN 50001 and 14001, which we are currently implementing in Mexico. The introduction of this system at our site in Hungary in 2020 will give us a holistic and globally sustainable orientation.
